As Professor Jason Chuah FRSA SFHEA was preparing to take his leave as Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Malaya, Council Members of PARFUM had the privilege of coming together over dinner to say thank you.
During his tenure, Prof Jason brought clarity, calm leadership, and an unwavering commitment to academic rigour, all while remaining deeply connected to alumni and the wider legal profession and community. As a fellow PARFUM member, he has also been a constant supporter of alumni engagement, mentorship, and the idea that once UM Law, always UM Law.
We wish him every success in the next chapter. The Faculty and all of us are better for his stewardship.
